Home (Onsite) Visit Consulting
Process:
Consultancy will be done through home / site visit with following process :
- A copy of the floor plan with full address required before the visit.
- All site visits will be done by our Vastu consultant which will include survey the entire location for the Vastu assessment.
- Assessment will be based on the main door, the shape of premises/house, rooms, bed and bedroom location, work areas and rooms, kitchen and also bathrooms and energy of the entire premises.
- We will discuss the remedies during the visit .

Terms and Conditions:
- Onsite visit will be done in person.
- Typical Visit with analysis, and review for a property will take from 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the property.
- Charges are based on property size for up to 2500 sq. ft and 2500+ to 4500 sq ft.
- Additional travel charges for driving distances over 30 minutes from 75034 ZIP Code.
- Outside hometown visits will have surcharge plus travel expenses.
- Additional follow ups and site visits will be charged.
- Prepayment required at the time of booking for services and all fees are non-refundable.
- Onsite visit appointments based on availability, subject to travel charges, and could take longer than usual.
- Cancellation charges of $50 per appointment will apply, Rescheduling will be based on the next availability.
- Client is responsible for providing accurate property/location details including address, floor plans, an any other required measurements as instructed. (More details will be discussed at initial review for all properties.)
